Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outbound Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts within the Outsourcing Division. This role will be pivotal in driving outbound marketing strategies expanding our digital presence and generating leads through various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute outbound digital marketing strategies aligned with the company objectives and growth targets.

Identify target audiences and segments to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Drive lead generation initiatives through digital channels such as email marketing social media content marketing and online advertising.

Optimize conversion rates through effective use of landing pages callstoaction and A/B testing.

Campaign Management

Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and other relevant channels.

Monitor advertising budgets analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience of 6 to 8 years in outbound digital marketing roles preferably within the B2B services or consulting industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and techniques.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Communications or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

A candidate having in-depth investment banking/ transaction advisory experience in the Indian market and executed/led deals across sectors in India. 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience Investment Banking/ Private Equity in India. Raising funds/investing capital for Indian Corporates. Equity, and sell-side side deal experience is essential. Should have a strong academic background from recognized institution. Where a candidate is an MBA, or Masters s Degree to be from a leading university. Should be strong with numbers and financial projections Be hands-on when required Able to review financial models, pitch decks, valuation and information memorandum prepared by the team, if required, before its presented to the client. Strong Business Development, Deal structuring and negotiations skills. Strong network across the financial sector and various funds in India Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Dynamic personality and strong leadership skills.
