Candidate can look forward to excellent exposures & learning in the following areas Organizing and preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings AGMs Maintaining statutory books and including registers of members, directors and secretaries Dealing with correspondence, collating information, data, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders Preparation and filing of necessary forms to ROC and RBI Liaising with external regulators and advisers Preparation and Maintenance of Secretarial Records of Companies- Agenda, Attendance sheets, Director's Report, Notice of Meetings (Board and Shareholders) including Short Notice Assisting in execution of necessary agreements, documents for getting term loans from the Lenders Eligibility: All CS professional passed students registered with ICSI looking for 21 months articleship are eligible to apply Knowledge about NBFC Compliances, FEMA, RBI, Stock exchange , SEBI, Companies Act , ROC and Companies Law (Preferred) Duration: 21 months Location: Chennai Mode of Work: Work from office Life at Vivriti: Technology Team at Vivriti: Founder’s Talk: Who We Are?
