Job Description

1. Google Analytics Implementation:
   • Install and configure Google Analytics tracking code on websites and digital properties.
   • Set up and customize goals, events, and e-commerce tracking as necessary to measure user interactions effectively.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics.
   • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

1. 1. • Create and manage audience segments based on user demographics, behavior, and engagement.
      • Utilize segmentation to personalize marketing strategies and improve user experiences.

   2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
      • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to identify website improvements based on user data.
      • Recommend and test changes to optimize conversion rates and user journeys.
