Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Direct Credit. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and communication.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and managing schedules
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Familiarity with the financial industry and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in business administration or related field
