Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Content Reviewer with minimum 5-6 years of clinical experience to join our dynamic medical content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, exceptional attention to clinical detail, and a passion for ensuring accuracy in medical content. As a Medical Content Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our medical content, contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities: - Content Review:
- Conduct thorough reviews of medical content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards such as AMA and Vancouver reference styles.
- Assess the reliability and credibility of medical information, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with content creators, writers, and subject matter experts to refine and enhance medical content.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and relevance in all medical materials.
- Research and Verification:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in medical research, treatments, and guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of medical information by consulting reputable sources and experts in the field.
- Feedback and Training:
- Provide constructive feedback to medical content creators to improve the overall quality of medical content.
- Assist in the training of content reviewers, ensuring a consistent and high level of performance.
- Provide feedback to writers by thoroughly reviewing medical content, emphasizing the inclusion of precise clinical details and accurate portrayal of clinical procedures in the healthcare industry.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to validate and enhance medical content.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all medical content adheres to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and update content accordingly.
Requirements - Qualifications:
- Education: MBBS/bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degree (MD, DO, PhD) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in medical content review or a related field and minimum 5-6 years of clinical exposure
- Certifications: [Any relevant Government recognized certifications or licenses, if required].
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Exceptional attention to clinical detail and clinical accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
