Position :- MES APP DEVELOPER
Location:- Gujarat
CLIENT:- MNC
Position:- Permanent
Skills & experience:
- Desired: .Net, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, SSRS, Web service, OOPs
- Application Implementation, management and maintenance skills, experience in manufacturing (Renewable Energy domain like Solar energy) with MES applications will be advantage.
- Implementation of MES Projects – system architecture, prepare & validate Functional Design Document, Engineering validation
- Implement and deploy MES applications on Field – Execution planning, Rollout & diagnose issues and troubleshooting during initial phase of commissioning, Conduct user acceptance test.
- Operation decision support applications / MES tools in Discreet manufacturing.
- Real time data Historian (IP21, PI, etc.), Laboratory management system (LIMS)
- Real time Manufacturing process - support and optimization systems
- Scada / DCS / MES integration
- Develop and maintain various data Interfaces between MES and OT layer, Interface between L4 apps and MES apps
- Implement Analytic Dash boards for decision support during plant/process emergency management
- Configuration of Applications as per Procedures
- Monitor and Maintain healthiness of application and troubleshooting as per procedures
- Create Alerts for early event detection and help reduce process upset with aim to Operation derive maximum benefits from MES system
- Documentation Skills i.e. Technical documentation, User manual, SOP, etc.
