Job description
Position Overview:
The Tableau Developer has experience working with relational databases in a reporting and analytics environment.
The Senior Tableau Developer will be responsible for creating and engineering data visualization dashboards on Tableau to enrich the organizations data driven decision making.
You will be hands on and will own the full development lifecycle, including specification gathering, defining requirements, designing and prototyping.

. Good background and skills to design and develop attractive and engaging data visualization and end user reports and perform data analysis using Tableau
. Demonstration of Tableau skills and knowledge will be required, in both the Desktop and Cloud solutions Tableau Certification highly desired
. 3 years of experience reading, writing, defining, executing, and interpreting complex/nested SQL queries
. Solid understanding of design strategies around information display
. Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
. Self-motivated, and able to self-prioritize work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
. Ability to deliver quality work within strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities and acting with a sense of urgency able to work well with complexity and ambiguity
. Expert level technical, financial modeling, and reporting skills deep experience demonstrating a variety of analytical techniques for solving problems and drawing conclusions
. Ability to define a vision and influence the strategic direction of how data will be organized, assembled, and managed for advanced analytics, business intelligence, and operational reporting
. Superb communication skills and ability to explain complex results to a non-technical team audience
. Applied experience solving real world customer scenarios helping customers think through technical solutions to business challenges
. Proven track-record of framing analytical problems, driving insights, and influencing decisions across a diverse set of customers
. Experience with corporate data solutions in gathering datasets from multiple data sources into a central repository
. Must be bondable
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience in banking industry
. Verified certification from Tableau
