Designation- Customer Service Representative
Description/Comment:
The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist your customers end to end, for any queries around billing and package related. High attention to details, accuracy, and quality. Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
Additional Details - In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Candidate expected interactions are within Candidate team and direct supervisor
- Candidate will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact Candidate work
- Candidate will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
- Candidate will be required to help in the overall teams workload by managing Candidate deliverables and help the team when required
- Candidate will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
Shifts –UK Shifts.
Location – Bangalore
Requirements
- Qualification- For freshers, graduation is mandatory.
For experience, minimum (10+2) qualification is required.
- Experience required - Fresher or minimum 0.6 months to 5 years of hands-on experience in call handling or voice processing.
- Skills Required – Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate joining or maximum 15 days’ Notice Period.
