Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant HR Manager located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing and coordinating HR activities, managing employee relations, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring legal compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration Strong knowledge of labor laws and policies in India Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Comfortable using HR management software and spreadsheets Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA is a plus
