Role And Responsibilities - Develop the telesales database of potential clients in the region through directory searches, cold calling, and references from existing clients, old customers, and non-active customers.
- Responsible for cold calling customers in the telemarketing database and generating quality leads for the sales teams to acquire new customers.
- Generate business from abandoned/lost customers by maintaining regular contact and updating them on new products/services. Forward such leads to the sales teams.
- Maximize sales leads by regularly calling existing customers for potential cross-sell opportunities. Forward such leads to the sales teams.
- Ensure lead conversion through organizing meetings, customer visits, and preparing proposals.
- Provide after-sales support to clients by making courtesy calls, tracking sales and service for the initial 3 months, and resolving any issues.
- Serve as a single point of contact for the customer during the initial 3 months.
Candidate Qualifications - Excellent English communication skills.
- Hindi speaking candidates along with the local language Tamil are preferred.
- Female candidates are highly preferred.
- Target-driven and willing to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in telemarketing/tele sales.
