Job Description: We are looking for a versatile HR and Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing both financial operations and human resource management within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills, along with a keen eye for detail. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Familiarity with software tools and systems commonly used in finance and HR management; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms provided by the company. Strong understanding of Indian statutory laws, company laws, labor laws. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but candidates with relevant skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical staff. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Finance Responsibilities: Manage all financial aspects of the company, including salaries, expenses, PF accounts, loans, etc. Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the company's financial health. Ensure compliance with Indian statutory laws, company laws, labor laws, and bookkeeping traditions. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Human Resource Management Responsibilities: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Handle employee leaves, including managing leave requests, maintaining leave records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Administer employee benefits, such as bonuses, insurance, and other perks, and ensure timely disbursement. Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, team building, and interpersonal relations. Address employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, following established HR protocols. Manage disciplinary actions and implement corrective measures when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Stay updated with best practices in HR management and implement improvements to enhance organisational effectiveness.
