Job Summary: To strategize complete growth & and development of business in the assigned target market. Key Responsibilities: Online market research of International retailers in US and UK Understand and document product reviews of customers Understand and document the product specifications Based on the data made - Strategic decision-making in areas like New markets, pricing, product offers New Customer/Market development/Gap Analysis New category development Brand Development ( where applicable ) Manage critical business issues Planning and monitoring key business events Analyze the market research report prepared by BDMs of their territory Ensure implementation of SOP of his entire team Performance Management & and people development of the BDM Team Managing Budget, sales, and profit Responsible for ROI by controlling stock and debtors Major Duties 1. Understand the process and system of the marketing team and monitor 2. Represent Navneet’s International business to customers during major strategic events 3. Analyze market research reports and review every buying season 4. Prepare an overall business strategy for the assigned target market aligning with the Business Development and merchandising Head. 5.
