Job Overview
We are hiring a Cluster Head for our organization to oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail locations. As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring the overall success of the assigned cluster. This is a senior-level position and requires a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in retail sales and cluster operations.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, store managers, and team members.

- Experience in client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of multiple retail locations within the assigned cluster.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and teams to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify training and development needs of the retail teams and facilitate appropriate programs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Drive client acquisition and retention efforts in the assigned cluster.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and present updates to senior management on cluster performance, challenges, and opportunities.
