Job description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Experience: 5-7 Years

CTC: 6 to 8 LPA

Location: Mumbai and Gujarat

We are looking for an ASM to drive sales of branded rice in the domestic market.

Responsibilities:

● Build business by connecting with master distributors and sub-distributors

● Should have experience in basmati rice brand distribution

● Building the brand business right from the ground up

● Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

● Payment collection as per the schedule

● Maintains relationships with distributors by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

● Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

● Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Requirements: What do we expect you to have

● 5-7 years of Sales experience in rice

● Knowledge: Business and Commercial acumen and understanding of Product, Pricing, Industry Standards and Compliances.

● Industry Background: Basmati rice Brand
