Job Description:-

Responsibilities:-

Training and Skill Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module. Develop skills in configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP MM solutions.

Data Entry and Documentation: Assist in data entry tasks related to material master data, vendor master data, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of procurement transactions.

Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process by creating purchase requisitions, monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Learn to evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms and contracts.

Inventory Management: Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring, goods movement, and cycle counting. Assist in optimizing inventory turnover and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet business demands.

End-User Training and Support: Provide basic training and support to end-users for SAP MM functionalities. Address user queries and issues related to procurement and materials management processes. Collaborate with senior consultants to resolve problems effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance departments, to understand business processes. Contribute to the implementation of SAP MM solutions that align with organizational objectives and improve efficiency.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document procedures, configurations, and best practices related to SAP MM module. Share knowledge with team members and contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources.

Process Optimization: Learn to analyze existing procurement and materials management processes. Contribute to process optimization efforts by suggesting and implementing SAP MM solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

Basic understanding of procurement and materials management concepts.

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in SAP MM module.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Training and Certification (Desirable):

Completion of SAP MM training program or certification is a plus.

Familiarity with SAP ERP system and basic navigation.

Understanding of basic SAP MM configurations and functionalities.
