JOB DESCRIPTION:
Level : Consultant / Senior Consultant
Candidate's preferred Location : Delhi/Gurgaon
Job Type : Contract
Project Duration : 2 months (may get extended)
Skills : Instructional Design, Training Development, SAP Enable Now

1. 4-8 years of experience in Instructional Design (ERP transformations especially SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA)
2. Training/Learning Design with experience in designing end-to-end systems-based trainings for SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA implementation
3. Create/update the Training Curriculum for SAP Concur
4. Create/ update QRGs, FAQ and VILT material by accessing test environment and capturing system screens
5. Utilize instructional design, training design, adult learning principles and innovative methods in the conception, design and development of learning assets
6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business content into learning materials
7. Proven expertise on SAP Enable Now and Articulate Storyline as a Recording and Authoring Tool to develop online training content.
