Summary:
Looking for an HR professional to work for APAC region. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR programs, processes, and policies for the APAC region. Partner with business leaders to provide support in all areas of HR. Collaborate with global HR teams on specific projects. Support managers in the expansion, integration, and alignment efforts for APAC Assist the global COE in designing and developing change initiatives, programs, or interventions. Work with the global compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive positioning for APAC. Enable business decisions in terms of investments in people for employee motivation and internal employer branding. Devise ring fencing plans for the business groups to control hi-potential retention. Manage legal and statutory requirements. Qualifications : 10+ years of experience in a senior-level HR role Strong understanding of HR best practices Experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, and employee engagement. Worked for Australia and Singapore region is a plus. Excellent communication and people skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
