Roles and Responsibilities : - Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed. - Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. - Achieve your goal with the help of your team. - Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas - The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
