Job description

Position: Branch Head – Facility Management Job Location: Chennai Domain Expertise: FM Sales.

We are looking for an energetic Branch Head of Facility Management to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, and identifying new business opportunities along with Operations. You will work with various departments and report to the AVP – Facilities. The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our services. A background in Facility Management sales or marketing is strongly desirable. Position & Functional Goals: • To ensure the Branch target shall be met as per the guidance • To ensure all client support and satisfaction including operational stability • To ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments • To ensure the Operations team handles operations efficiently exhibits excellence and meets qualitative and quantitative demands of Operations in a sustainable way.

Roles & Responsibilities: ● To lead the Operations team and ensure they perform to the defined roles. In case of any discrepancy bring to notice of AVP. ● Business Development activity for the Branch and responsible for yearly targets. ● To conduct site assessment for new business, draw manpower requirements, and share costs with the Accounts team. ● To know the billing value and receivables. Ensure sites are profitable at all times. ● To ensure invoices are submitted well on time and payments are received as per agreed timelines. In case of delay, discuss with the client. ● Work/review outstanding with the accounts team is very closed and can be updated on pending payments. ● Continuously follow up for payments it pending beyond agreed terms. Use client escalation matrix for follow-up. ● Insist client for a PO before taking up any work. ● Maintain DSO within the acceptable time limit ● To ensure service delivery as per SLA and Continuous Improvement. ● To ensure all reports are rendered to clients well in time. ● To have good communication with clients and keep clients posted on operational issues and their resolutions with timelines. ● To ensure all salary attendances reach to payroll in time. Any changes in increment/ transfer of employees are updated well in time. ● Ensure 100% manpower at the site at all times. Coordinate client interviews. ● Ensure site visits by the operations team as per prescribed frequency. MOM of client meeting to be shared with client and AVP. Also, points should be closed as per defined timelines. ● Maintain approved bench strength and its efficient utilization. ● Ensure yearly training calendar is prepared for all sites and shared with clients. Ensure that the training office conducts the training as per the calendar. Approval for training is timely obtained and the training report is also shared with the client post training. ● Ensure the team shares MMR with the client and reviews with the client. All concerns during reviews should be documented in MOM and updates should be shared as per closure dates. ● To highlight all value-added services to clients. ● Any incidents/accidents at the site/BO should be reported to concerned authorities immediately. ● To conduct frequent site audits and observations should be shared with the client as well concerned site in-charge (Ops-Executive). ● Ensure the Ops team shares all weekly/monthly reports with HO as per defined timelines. ● Conduct Night audits as per schedule. ● Ensure documentation as per site. ● Ensure implementation of 52 weeks PPP Calendar at sites. ● Timely submission of MMR, QBR, and HBR to clients ● Conduct of R&R as per timelines. ● Monthly dashboard report for site visits. ● Collection of customer feedback once in three months and plan CAPA. ● Coordination for annual shutdown maintenance and arranging tools and additional manpower as per the client's requirement. ● Coordination for arranging supervisor/wireman permit licenses for the operational staff. ● To convey management expectations to the ops team and track it.

Requirements: ● Graduate (Preferably in Technical Domain). ● 8-12 years of relevant work experience in FM Industry or a similar BD field preferred. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Languages – Tamil, English, Hindi (Tamil is Must). ● Should be willing to travel ● Self-motivated ● Networking and relationship management with clients ● Negotiation skills ● Friendly and personable demeanor. ● Proficient in Microsoft Tools and CRM software.
