## Company Overview
We are a leading women's wear manufacturing factory based in Ahmedabad with over 8 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in creating high-quality, fashionable garments for women. Our products are sold through various channels, both domestically and internationally. We are looking for a dynamic Production Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to our growing success.
## Position: Production Merchandiser for Women's Wear
**Location:** Ahmedabad
**Experience:** 2-3 years in a similar role
**Type:** Full-Time
**Compensation:** Competitive, based on experience
## Responsibilities
- Costing of products.
- Coordinate with the design team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Manage the production process, including scheduling, quality checks, and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials.
- Track the production schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of tech packs.
- Analyze and report on product performance and market trends.
- Liaise with sales and marketing teams to optimize the product line.
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in production merchandising, preferably in women's wear.
- Strong knowledge of textiles, garment production, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software for production management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of costing and budgeting.
