Help Desk Engineer - L1 & L2

Very Good in OS troubleshooting
Hands on experience on Windows 7 , 8.1 & 10 OS
Good in troubleshooting for MS Office ,Outlook , O365 and application.
Hands on for mobile support
Network Printer configuration
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Basic network knowledge.
Must have knowledge on VC and projector/ presentation set-up
