You will run the corporate office function at EGF, and will toggle effortlessly between the strategic and the tactical, the innovative and the mundane, and most importantly, between thought and action.

What you will deliver (Job Description)
- Head all internal functions like planning, forecasting, budgets, bookkeeping, documentation, archiving, etc.
- Keep the small-but-powerful team at EGF connected and aligned through internal communications, meetings, and updates.
- Create strategic corporate documents like budgets, presentations, review documents, etc.
- Provide tactical support to EGF core functions of policy outreach, member services, and government affairs. Project manage these tasks.
- Process-oriented individual who can own repetitive tasks and their improvement.
- Suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management.
Your background and skills
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Chief of staff, Executive Assistant, or aide-de-camp to CXO Leaders.
- You are ambitious, positive, analytical, and pragmatic.
- You can balance the strategic and the tactical, the innovative and the mundane, and most importantly, thought and action… all simultaneously.
- You are a fast learner and love evolving environments.
- You are keen to learn about the gaming industry and will appreciate a birds-eye view of the biggest gaming companies in India.
