KRA: Drive business top line for the assigned segments/markets. Achieve annual business plan for the assign segment/ market/category,. Identify key customers across markets / segments to drive business on sustainable basis. Lead generation, prospecting and conversion. Handling large corporate accounts. Identify new segments , opportunities in the assigned markets to drive sustainable business. Put system and process in place to drive sustainable business and maintain Business Hygiene Job Responsibilities: Godrej Appliances is aggressively working in the Institutional sales segment and has major plans to scale up business and increase market share in respective segments/markets. The major responsibilities for this role are: Identification of prospective clients & markets. Follow up with existing and new client to tap potential business opportunity. Coordinate with product team for price and product finalisation. Negotiate with business partner to finalize the deal. Develop and manage relationships with large corporates. Share rolling forecast with PSI and product team on a monthly basis. Monitoring and maintaining outstanding within the stipulated credit norms Monitoring adequate stock level, liquidation of ageing stock on a monthly basis for assign accounts/segments/markets. Qualifications Required: Any Graduation with MBA - Full time Work Experience Required: 5-10 Years Special Skills Required: Negotiation Skills. Relationship Building Skills. Selling Skills.
