Required Skills / Abilities:-

· Consult with business and provide guidance on people strategy to drive a high performance culture · Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention · Formulate and execute strategies and programs for effective talent management and engagement · Analyze trends and design and run interventions to improve talent utilization · Identify training needs for teams and individuals · Run the performance management, compensation management for employees · Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Expectations from the Candidature:-

1.Comfortable conversing in both Telugu & English 2. Good written and oral communication skills ( Should be able to articulate what is their actual work in CV). 3. Complete HRBP/Generalist profile 4. Minimum 4 years and Max 6 years of work experience 5. IT sector background who have handled technical associates 6. Tier 1 or 2 college candidates 7.Early joiner 9. Good at stakeholder management, MS office tools
