End to end operations from listing negotiations, overseeing supply, big-day participation, fill rates monitoring to claim settlement.
To participate in direction setting discussions and input into brand and product strategy.
New product / SkU launch planning
Develop AOP and plan growth y-o-y for MT channel.
Plan and oversee In-store activation viz. Promoter numbers, activation, consumer engagement through sampling and In-store branding/ merchandising.
Work with other departments (GT, Finance, Supply chain) to harvest synergies and efficiencies of scale.
Implement brand inputs / promos in all chains.
Sales Forecasting for MT channel
The Successful Applicant
Graduate degree, Post Graduate degree preferred
7-8 years in managing and leading Modern Trade business
Experience in working with external partners is desirable
