Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in PLC projects
- Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and SCADA systems
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of control panel wiring and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications or training in PLC programming and project management
Roles And Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of PLC projects in Pune
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create project schedules, identify project dependencies, and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans to minimize project risks
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts
- Manage the documentation and technical drawings associated with PLC projects
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of equipment and materials
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
