Opening for the post of Administrative Executive with our esteemed client to be based at Ahmedabad
Education Qualification:Any Bachelor
Experience: minimum 1+ years of experience
Job Location: Ahmedabad’ Gujarat
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Vendor Management, Purchase and Inventory Process Management.
- Lesioning and Coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and site office.
- Daily & Monthly MIS Report preparation and assistance in accounting process including document preparation, reviewing & voucher posting in accounting software (Tally)
- Providing administrative support to senior executives by answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments and handling basic office tasks, such as filling, delivering mail, answering calls and data entry.
- Monitoring site manpower attendance.
- Preparing documents for labor law compliance purpose
- Other misc. admin related work, if any
Key Skills
- Fluent English Command
- Knowledge of Tally is highly preferable
