Job Title: Windows Server Admin
Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Patch Management:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive Patch Management strategy to keep all the systems and
software's up to date.
• Creating weekly Deployment plan
• Download and review Latest patches from the vendors.
• Testing the patches on Test Environment before implementing on Production
• Cloning patches whenever required.
• Perform Backlog patching.
• Need to fix Older Vulnerabilities based on Client requirement.
• Create manual packages in Ivanti Patch Management console.
• Need to create python / PowerShell scripts to fix the vulnerabilities where tool cannot perform.
Vulnerability Remediation:
• Good in Qualys Vulnerability Management
• Identify the Severity 3,4 and 5 Vulnerabilities and execute as per change window.
• Need to understand TruRisk Score and work on highest score detected vulnerabilities.
• Inform the customer about Zero Day Exploit
Security Advisory Monitoring:
Stay updated on latest security advisory monitoring, alerts and Industry best practices related to vulnerabilities and patches.
• Zero-day Vulnerability fixing
Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare Daily Patching status reports and Vulnerability fix reports.
• Comparing Qualys devices with LANDesk detected devices Report.
• Cumulative LANDesk report
• Weekly detected and fixed packages consolidation report
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
