Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of our client base for web development.

Experience in Upwork, Freelance, Fiverr or similar tools is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.

 

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

 

3. Client Engagement:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Present our products/services to potential clients, addressing their requirements effectively.

 

4. Proposal Development and Presentation:

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic project proposals.

 

5. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

 

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Provide feedback and insights to enhance the company's products and services.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
