Job description

Responsibilities:

Assist in financial statement preparation budgeting and forecasting.

Manage general accounting tasks such as accounts payable receivable and payroll.

Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.

Utilize NetSuite and IDS for financial transactions and reporting.

Communicate financial insights to department heads and management.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements:

4 years experience in hotel and restaurant finance/accounting.

Experience with NetSuite and IDS preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
