Role Summary:
As the Director of Leadership Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by attracting and hiring exceptional talent at the leadership level. With your deep understanding of the digital streaming and media landscape, coupled with a robust background in executive search, you will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill critical leadership roles across all our businesses including JioCinema, Viacom18 Studios, Sports, TV and entertainment.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier executive talent, focusing on key roles between at a VP level and above
- Leverage your extensive network and deep industry knowledge in Tech, Media, Consulting, and FMCG to source candidates who can contribute to our strategic goals
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and recruitment needs, providing expert advice on market trends, talent landscape, and recruitment best practices
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership talent by cultivating relationships with high-potential candidates and engaging with key talent networks
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment on diversity and inclusion goals in the recruitment process
- Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
Who should apply
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in talent research and executive recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top executive talent
- Previous experience working at a Tier I executive search firm, with exposure to interfacing with clients and managing high-stakes recruitment projects
- A well-established network and rolodex within at least two of the following industries: Tech, Media, Consulting, FMCG
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform recruitment strategies
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience implementing D&I best practices in the recruitment process
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in HR and related fields preferred
