Customer Support Executive
Position Overview :
EngVarta, a unit of NGB Education Pvt. Ltd., is a leading online platform that connects users with fluent English speakers for conversation practice. We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide timely and effective support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education or language learning industry.
- Experience with online customer support.
- Fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
