Roles and Responsibilities:
- Seek out the right talent to recruit and schedule interviews by coordinating with department head. Handle recruitment all task independently.
- Responsible for all labour legislation and compliance law compliance for the head office, branch offices, and all sites.
- Responsible that all employees are always under covered by the insurance coverage like GPA, W.C, ESIC, etc... Whichever is applicable to the individual employee.
- Manage an all employee's complete life cycle within the organization. Recruitment to Exit
- Formulating / Upgrading / Developing HR Policies, systems, SOP, practices and implementation across the Group.
- Maintaining the group all employee records as well as a comprehensive document file in accordance with the checklist.
- Manage employee’s complete life cycle in the organization from recruitment to exit.
- Run payroll, maintaining attendance and leave balance records of entire the group employees.
- Responsible for Employees Tax & TDS Calculation (Yearly & Monthly)
- Preparation and updation of Job Descriptions & defining KRAs/KPIs of all the positions in consultation with HODs.
- Create a mechanism for performance management / evaluation and feedback to employees.
- Formulate and Implement employee reward mechanism including increments.
- Employee engagement activity’s & get together.
- Providing Employee services including addressing employee queries, letters, Leave & Attendance, grievances, disciplinary action etc. as per the Company Policy
- Ensure a Cohesive work environment which keeps employees motivated to enhance productivity.
- Office events management & celebration like Holi, Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri etc.
- Record maintain of CMD & his family insurance files & timely renew the policy.
Job location: Near Jyantilal BRTS Bus Stand, Ambli-Bopal Road, Ahmedabad.
