Job description
• Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Doing phone calls to the customers and pitching them our Services.
• Generate sales and interact with prospective customers through modes like mail, phone, chat, etc.
• Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
• Responsible to fix appointments with customers for our Sales Team
• Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Following up with the leads generated through promotional activities.
