Job Description - Candidate should be responsible for managing a team of 200+ associates, team leads, customer service managers and operations managers to meet the business requirements, improve customer experience, maintain client relationship and service levels.
Key Responsibilities -
- Should possess excellent knowledge of medical summarization claims, APS
- Should be able to manage a team and coach them continuously to achieve business goals.
- Able to work in shared service model process and ensure complete operations management for end-to-end.
- Manage client queries and provide early resolution.
- Should establish controls for timely and accurate delivery process requirements and escalations.
- Drive profitability opportunities to improve the process and provide value addition.
- Excellent communication written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Committed to achieving specific objectives and takes ownership for accomplishing them.
- Effectively balances quality, customer service and productivity standards
