POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Executive Quality person will be responsible for ensuring defect free delivery of jobs. He/she will be a brand champion for the accounts they are assigned to and will execute the testing procedures and quality standards based on SLA targets and guidelines. He/she will also be versatile in day to day operational activities, meeting deadlines and productivity targets. WHAT YOU OFFER US a) The QA executive person will need to develop excellent brand knowledge of the client(s) team that he/she is responsible for with a keen eye for detail b) Will need to possess the ability to comprehend Client requirements and job briefs c) Will need to review files produced by the operators against the brand guidelines and job brief; in order to ensure that the deliverables are of 100% quality for the end client d) He/she will need to capture the errors/feedback type into the tracker that is maintained by the team and ensure to update the same on the internal workflow management portal e) Ability to innovative and improvise better ways and means to deliver quality will be appreciated f) The QA Executive along with the QA manger will need to be involved in providing corrective and preventive actions for any internal/external errors that originate g) Manage their time and resources effectively to ensure that the deadlines are met effectively h) He/she will need to work with the Team Manager to answer any queries raised by the team internally or by the client i) QA Executive will need to adhere to studio workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities, and proactively offer process improvements and recommendations to the Team Manager j) Proactively managing own workflow to consistently meet or exceed target efficiency and chargeability figures k) He/she should plan and adhere to the QA’s time of delivery to ensure that it meets the required deadline l) Ensuring that the Team Manager is updated about projects at all stages, and advised of any additional time required well in advance to enable client approval to be sought m) Ensure all time and materials are recorded accurately each day for all work handled n) Based on requirement the QA executive will have to step in to help on weekends or holidays to ensure that the deliverables are met GREAT TO HAVE • 4 + years’ experience • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, but should poses the speed and accuracy to perform an end to end computer aided quality check • Proficient in Adobe acrobat professional • Any degree, candidates from print/press background, Hands on experience in InDesign/Photoshop will have an added advantage LOCATION • Chennai SHIFTS • Rotational US & UK shifts TIMINGS • We work on 9-hour shifts that change depending on the regions you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager Note: As an ethical employer, Tag will never ask job applicants to provide private, sensitive information upfront or make offers of employment contingent on financial request or responsibilities from any candidate.Job tags
