We are looking for Big Data Engineers to join our India Offshore Development Center at Hyderabad.
Responsibilities: Build and operationalize complex data solutions, correct problems, apply transformations, and work on data cleansing/quality solutions. Develop complex data solutions, including incorporating new data sources and ensuring designs are consistent across projects and aligned to data strategies. Perform analysis of complex sources to determine value and use and recommend data to include in analytical processes. Incorporate core data management competencies including data governance, data security and data quality in the solutions. Perform data and system analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of high complexity and correct as appropriate. Collaborate with onsite client team to support delivery and of complex data solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 to 6 years of Data Engineering experience. ● Strong experience working with Hadoop and distributed systems. ● Hands on programming experience in Java is a must since all our site assets are based on Java. ● Strong SQL skills. ● Data ingestion experience from message queue, file share, REST API, rational DB etc. and experience with data formats like JSON, csv, and XML. ● Experience and proficiency with Linux OS ● Experience in end-to-end design and build process of Near Real Time and Batch Data Pipelines. ● Experience using Source Code and Version Control systems like Git, Gitlab, Bitbucket etc. ● Experience working in the Agile development process. ● Ability to comprehend customer request and provide the correct solution. ● Strong analytical mind to help take on complicated problems. ● Desire to resolve issues and dive into potential issues. Relevant experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence would be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Job tags
