Job Summary :
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the rapid expansion the company is undertaking to service the EV battery customer base. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for scaling up production to meet growing demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemical industry, strong leadership abilities, proven track record of optimizing production workflows and drive the rapid scale-up of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute plan to scale up production to meet exponential demand from EV segment
- Site selection, vendor negotiation and build-up of the new plant to cater to the demand
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Design quality checks and protocols to ensure batch to batch consistency of material
- Establish SCM systems for smooth operations and building efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.
