About the role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Management Associate. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of content curation, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

As a Community Management Associate, you will: Support the creation and management of community content across various platforms, focusing on newsletters, videos, creative materials, and landing pages Manage content performance analytics, providing insightful reports on engagement and interactions to inform and optimize our content strategy Support the execution of regional community strategies for Southeast Asia, MENA, Africa, and India Provide community reports and feedback to the Global Community Lead, suggesting innovative initiatives tailored to local needs and preferences Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels Support the management and organization of localized in-person and virtual events

Requirements: Less than 2 years of work experience A bachelor's degree in a relevant field Prior experience in content and creative development (e.g. Canva) Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation and management, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data to inform strategies e.g. Google Analytics

(preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and the versatility to adapt content to various brand voices and regional contexts A positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Duration: Working days include

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The

first three months will serve as a probation period , during which we will assess your performance and potential fit for the team.
