Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end client engagements and work with our Workday Consulting team to translate complex business problems into actionable strategies and solutions. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities Manage and track a portfolio of projects across multiple clients including defining goals and requirements, managing project timelines, budgeting, assigning & allocating resources, coordinating clients and third-parties, addressing contingency planning, and managing risk. Partner with the consulting team to document client deliverables, business processes, improvement opportunities. Work alongside the senior consulting team to develop strategic roadmap and guide clients with system and technology decisions. Own change management processes with clients to ensure effective execution of deliverables in a timely manner. Identify client enhancements for existing and new features introduced by new Workday releases. Qualifications and Requirements 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably client-facing with tech or software experience. Strong organizational skills; the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot while consistently delivering on goals. Strong communication skills and ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders, both internally and across a range of clients. MBA, PMP, or relevant advanced degrees/certifications preferred. Previous consulting or analyst experience a plus.
