Salary Range: INR 50,000 to 1 lakh per month
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for establishing relationships with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary role is to qualify prospective clients, provide guidance during the sales cycle, and manage the customer relationship.
Key Requirements:
- Must have IT product sales experience.
- Sound product knowledge in the IT domain.
- Strong acumen for achieving Sales targets on both top line and bottom line.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and channel partner management.
- Capability for lead generation and channel marketing activities.
- Keen sense of market intelligence and sales forecasting.
- Ability to maintain, retain, and develop channels in alignment with the policies of the principal.
- Timely debt recovery/collection and inventory liquidation skills.
- Proficiency in reporting and communicating effectively with higher management.
- Capability to manage branch operations and ensure its smooth running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to assess potential clients and their needs.
- Generate leads and identify prospects for potential sales.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach to foster lasting relationships.
- Understand and manage the dynamics between sales representatives and customers.
- Design customized sales strategies for diverse customer segments.
- Provide potential solutions and pricing options to customers.
- Support sales representatives in the proposal and contract stages.
- Keep track of customer interactions, sales progress, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer inquiries, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure timely delivery of top-notch customer service.
- Report sales performance to the management and establish future sales and marketing goals.
