We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager -  Reinsurance 
We are looking for professionals with Reinsurance domain experience who have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of Reinsurance Contracts and Accounting.
Responsibilities
•    Ceded Premium/Loss Processing - Calculating and booking of ceded premiums & losses in the legacy system. Good knowledge in the reinsurance calculation of proportional/ non-proportional contracts
•    Review  & Preparation of Reinsurance Bordereau
•    Cash Allocation in Ceded Application. (Preferably ProCede)
•    Reinsurance Balance Payable and Receivable –Handling Reinsurance payments and collections
•    Creating RI Journals, handling accounting transactions and Performing GL Reconciliations
•    Review  & Preparation of Reinsurance Bordereau
•    Ensure the quarterly and yearly instructions are reviewed and incorporated 
•    Responsible for the review and analysis of financial results, including analysis of actual results compared with expectations, as well as prior periods
•    Communicating with customer on day-to-day basis and internal stakeholder on regular basis
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
•    Graduation in Commerce 
•    Relevant work experience
•    Excellent Accounting conceptual knowledge to handle day to day operations and special events
Preferred qualifications 
•    Certification in P&C Insurance
•    Good Reinsurance Knowledge and relevant years of experience in Reinsurance

Essential skills: 
•    Good analytical and problem solving skills
•    Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
•    Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
•    Project Management and ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
•    Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
•    Collaborative approach towards resolving the issues with stake

Technical skills: 
•    Excellent command on Excel tools from day to day operations delivery standpoint
•    Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio & MS PowerPoint
•    Excellent Reinsurance Bordereau/Accounting conceptual knowledge to handle day to day operations and special events
