Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing recruiting and hiring processes, administering payroll and benefits, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Experience in recruiting and hiring skilled professionals
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in administering payroll and benefits
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
