We are seeking a talented HRBP to lead our Manufacturing segment across Ceramics, Pharma, and EPC, Renewable energy industries, based in Mumbai. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR on both local and international fronts. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and initiatives that impact our global operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR operations and strategy for the Manufacturing segment, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and optimize processes. Collaborate on international HR projects, leveraging your expertise to support our global business objectives. Bring your 0-5 years of experience to the table, with a preference for candidates experienced in Industrial Relations (IR) and Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects with consultants. Contribute to HRMS implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in our HR processes. Thrive in a startup environment, utilizing your versatile background to navigate diverse challenges and drive innovation. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in Industrial Relations and Global Compensation & Benefits projects. Prior involvement in HRMS implementation projects is highly desirable. A background in startups is advantageous, highlighting your adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A passion for driving change and making a meaningful impact.
