Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Dehradun. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple industries. Your daily tasks will include posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. You will also be responsible for developing a talent pipeline and building a strong network of potential hires. Additionally, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interview, evaluate, and assess candidates effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment of BPOs, KPOs, Insurance & Banking, and Multi-national companies is a plus
• Passionate about helping young folks find their desired job
