Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 5+ YOE in Insurance Sales

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales

Preferred (Company) - Insurance Companies

Role & Responsibilities

  • To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team leadership.
  • Displaying consistently high energy, integrity, and commitment to the job.
  • Having a problem-solving approach.

Ideal Candidate

  • Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property, and liability, is very useful
  • B2B sales experience is a must
  • The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
  • Strong drive to handle clients and teams independently.
  • A strong problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
  • Drive to build a large business and progress within SecureNow
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
