Job Description

Title:u00A0u00A0Senior/Principal, Creative & Content Strategy Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Noida, India

The Senior/Principal, Creative & Content Strategy Consultant will be a part of the Adobe Professional Services Team and help drive the GTM motion of Adobeu2019s Content Supply Chain and GenAI solutions in the International markets. Adobe is looking for someone who master the intersection of creativity, content strategy and new technologies like GenAI. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Champion Content Supply Chain as a hands-on expert with a practitioner mindset
• Lead the development of customer solutions in the areas of content strategy, content process and GenAI-infused content supply chain.
• Engage in deep discovery, design workshops and empathy sessions with customers
• Help accelerate and grow content projects with customers as a subject matter expert
• Serve as a subject matter expert on creative & UX trends, content development trends, and marketing trends - providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and design, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with internal GTM teams to develop sales strategies, identify target customers, and create sales tools and resources to support the sales process.

Desired Skills & Experience

• BA/BS degree. Masteru2019s Degree an added advantage
• 12-18 years of experience with mandatory solid 5-8 years of experience in design and digital content development (Digital agency or in-house content development team)
• Well versed in Design Technology/Apps and Content Management Tools. Experience in GenAI an added plus
• Big / large scale global digital content management experience desirable
• Proven experience and expertise in art, design and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid understanding of and experience in art direction and design execution
• Should understand how to work effectively in a global work environment with distributed teams and stakeholders
