Be professional with the team, (Everyone): Understanding, planning and executing the work in a most efficient way by following the standards in close collaboration with the F&B Supervisor and Restaurant In Charge for verification.
Be able to take orders in a professional way + POS process and flow.
Be attentive to the service (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner + MEP and cleaning)
Guest relations: handle guest relations from welcoming the guests to knowing the regulars and be friendly with them and assist them for guidance.
Follow the Guest welcoming and flow at the Restaurant and Bar
Follow the Food safety, Hygiene, Cleaning and sanitization as per our standards
Take orders by following the SOPs be available – observation is key
