Job Responsibility:

• Attendance Management
• Handling End to End Recruitment Cycle
• Handling portals(Linkedin,naukri)
• Payroll Management
• HR MIS Management
• All Factories Compliance
• Leave Management
• On boarding, Offer letter, Exit Interviews and Grievance handling
• Compliances
• Maintaining Recruitment Data
• Employee lifecycle management

Candidate's Profile:

• Should have experience in HR Recruitment
• Preferrable from Manufacturing Industry
• Ready to Visit plant as and when required
• Knowledge and Idea about all HR Compliances
• Should have excellent written and spoken English.
