Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Associate located in Pune. The role involves managing HR operations, assisting with HR management, and coordinating training and development programs. The Human Resources Associate will also be responsible for effective communication between management and employees.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in training and development programs
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 year of experience in HR
• HR certification is an added advantage
